Movement – whether in an exercise routine or daily life, should give you the freedom to do more of what you love. I design workout programs that focus on what you need to reach your individual fitness & life goals.
Other than movement, a few of my favorite things include grounding in nature, cozy coffee shops, & people who tell me that I’m doing a great job. Some of my least favorite things include waist trainers, ketchup, and the false idea that strength-training makes you bulky.
